# Spherum

> Spherum is an emergency-contact platform for companies. Each person keeps their own emergency contacts in a sphere and grants a company access to it; the company reads that card when it matters, and the person can revoke access at any time.

How to read these files:

- The guides are written for four readers: administrators who set a workspace up, operators who run it day to day, the people a company invites, and anyone handing out or scanning a Spherum token.
- The Integration API manages employee invitations and records. It never returns what is on a card and never revokes access — closing access is the person's own act.
